Artigo 21.º

1 -Articles 21 and 22 of the Arrangement shall be deleted and the following substituted: Article 21 In any case to which article 26 of the Convention applies, the competent institution of one Party shall send, on request, to the competent institution of the other Party such information as may be necessary.

2 -Os artigos 23.º a 28.º do Acordo serão renumerados de 22.º a 27.º PARTE III SECÇÃO 3 O presente Acordo Complementar entrará em vigor na mesma data que a Convenção revista sobre Segurança Social entre o Governo do Reino Unido da Grã-Bretanha e Irlanda do Norte e o Governo de Portugal, assinada em Londres a 14 de Agosto de 1987. Feito em Lisboa, a 20 de Maio de 1988, em quadruplicado, duas cópias em português e duas cópias em inglês, fazendo ambos os textos igualmente fé. Supplementary Arrangement to the Arrangement for the Implementation of the Convention on Social Security between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Portugal. In accordance with the provisions of article 28 (1) of the Convention on Social Security between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Portugal, the competent authorities of both Contracting Parties have agreed to amend the Arrangement of 31 December 1981 for the implementation of this Convention as follows: PART I SECTION 1 For the purpose of this Supplementary Arrangement, «Arrangement» means the Arrangement for the Implementation of the Convention on Social Security between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Portugal, signed in London on 15 November 1978.
