4 -In case of denunciation, any program or project initiated while the present Agreement was in force, shall remain in execution until conclusion, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
Article 11
Entry into force
The present Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the receipt of the later of the notifications, in writing and through diplomatic channels, declaring the completion of the internal law procedures required by the Parties national legislation.
Article 12
Registration
Upon the entry into force of the present Agreement, the Party in whose territory it is signed shall promptly initiate registration of the Agreement at the Secretariat of the United Nations, in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations. The other Party shall promptly be notified on the registration as well as United Nations registration number, upon its confirmation by the Secretariat.
Done in Lisbon, on 22nd of April of 2019, in two copies in the Portuguese, Georgian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence in the interpretation, the English version shall prevail.
