4 -In the case of denunciation, any program or project initiated while the present Agreement was in force, shall remain in execution until its conclusion, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
Article 12
Entry into force
The present Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the receipt of the later of the notifications, in writing and through diplomatic channels, declaring the completion of the internal law procedures required by the Parties national legislation.
Article 13
Registration
Upon the entry into force of the present Agreement, the Party in whose territory it is signed shall transmit it to the Secretariat of the United Nations for registration, in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, and shall notify the other Party of the completion of this procedure as well as of its registration number.
Signed in Lisbon on January the 8th 2013, in the Portuguese, Italian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation, the English version shall prevail.
