f)Cooperation in the field of International organizations.
Article 3
Institutional Cooperation
The Parties shall promote the cooperation between their National Tourism Authorities and shall encourage collaboration between their institutions in the field of tourism.
Article 4
Exchange of Information and Know-How
The Parties shall exchange information concerning tourism statistics, tourism policy and legislation as well as with regard to research and developments in the global tourism market and new tourism products and services.
The Parties shall also encourage and develop cooperation through the exchange of know-how, with an emphasis on Cultural tourism, Nautical tourism, Religious tourism, Gastronomy and Wine tourism, MICE and Golf.
Article 5
Tourism Investments
The Parties shall encourage the exchange of information on tourism investments, investment opportunities and incentive schemes in each of the two countries.
Article 6
Tourism Promotion
The Parties shall promote, on a regular basis, the exchange of information on promotion and publicity and shall encourage the participation of their National Tourism Organizations in fairs, exhibitions, seminars and other tourism promotion events, held in the territory of the other Party.
Article 7
Tourism Vocational Education and Training
The Parties shall examine all possible forms of cooperation and shall exchange information and practical experience in the field of tourism vocational education and training.
Article 8
Cooperation in the field of International Organizations
The Parties shall encourage their cooperation within the framework of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) as well as other international tourism related organizations.
Article 9
Joint Commission
A Joint Commission is hereby established, with the aim to implement the present Agreement through bilateral consultations and through the submission of recommendations to their competent authorities.
The Joint Commission shall be composed of an equal number of representatives of the two Parties and shall be convened periodically alternately in each of the two countries at a time to be agreed upon by the Parties that may invite experts from both the public and the private tourism sector to attend.
Article 10
Focal Points
The Parties shall designate the Focal Points which, during the intervals between the sessions of the Joint Commission of Article 9, shall be in charge of promoting consultations about the subject of the present Agreement, monitoring the progress in its implementation.
Article 11
Settlement of disputes
Any dispute arising from the implementation of any of the provisions of the present Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
Article 12
Entry into Force
This Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the date of receipt of the last written notification, by which the Parties inform each other, through diplomatic channels, about the completion of all their internal procedures for its entry into force.
Article 13
Amendments
This Agreement may be subsequently amended by the mutual written agreement of the Parties. Any such amendment shall enter into force according to the provisions of Article 12.
