3 -Este Acordo pode ser revisto, por mútuo consentimento. Qualquer revisão ou cessação do presente Acordo será efectuada sem prejuízo de qualquer direito ou obrigação decorrente da aplicação deste Acordo antes da data efectiva de tal revisão ou cessação.
Feito em Liubliana em 6 de Junho de 2001, nas línguas portuguesa, eslovena e inglesa, em dois originais cada, sendo todos os textos igualmente autênticos. No caso de qualquer divergência de interpretação, o texto inglês prevalecerá.

AGREEMENT ON SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE PORTUGUESE REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA.
The Portuguese Republic and the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as «the Parties»):
Desirous of strengthening friendly relationship between the two countries and promoting the development of co-operation in science and technology;
Recognising the importance of science and technology in the national economies of both countries;
have agreed as follows:
Article 1
The Parties shall promote, in accordance with their respective laws and regulations, the co-operation in the fields of science and technology between the two countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
Article 2
The co-operation under this Agreement shall include the following forms:
1) Exchange of scientists, researchers, technical personnel and experts;
2) Exchange of documents and information of scientific and technological nature;
3) Joint organisation of scientific and technological seminars, symposia, conferences and other meetings;
4) Implementation of joint research and development on subjects of mutual interest, as well as exchange of its results; and
5) Any other forms of scientific and technological co-operation as may be agreed upon by the Parties.
Article 3
