7 -The present Agreement is concluded for an unlimited period of time. However either Contracting Party may terminate or suspend it by giving three months notice in writing, through the diplomatic channels, to the other Contracting Party of its intention to do so.
If the above proposals are acceptable to the Government of the State of Israel, I have the honour to suggest that the present letter and your Excellency's reply constitute an Agreement between our two Governments concerning the abolition of visas for Portuguese and Israeli passports which shall enter into force on the date of the second of the notes by which the Parties notify each other in writing, through the diplomatic channels, of the fulfilment of their necessary legal requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement.
