1 -A taxa municipal turística institui-se nas seguintes modalidades:
a)Taxa Turística de Dormida;
b)Taxa Turística de Chegada por Via Marítima.
2 -O valor da taxa municipal turística é de € 2,00 (dois euros).
3 -O disposto no n. º1, do artigo 3.º do presente regulamento não é aplicável à taxa municipal turística.
