Aprova a minuta e delega no Chefe do Estado-Maior-General das Forças Armadas a assinatura da minuta do Technical Arrangement among the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Türkiye (acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic Türkiye), and the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic, and the Ministry of National Defence of the Portuguese Republic, and the Ministry of National Defence of Romania regarding the participation of the republic of Azerbaijan as a Contributing Partner to the Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE).
