Aprova a minuta, na versão inglesa, do Technical Arrangement between the Ministry of National Defence of the Portuguese Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia concerning the provision of Host Nation Support for the execution of the NATO Enhanced Air Policing Mission on the Territory of the Republic of Estonia, e delega, com faculdade de subdelegação, no Chefe do Estado-Maior-General das Forças Armadas, General José Nunes da Fonseca, a assinatura do mesmo.
