Artigo 9.º — Disposições finais

  1. 1 -É revogado o Regulamento da AdC n.º 1/2013, de 3 de janeiro.
  2. 2 -O presente Regulamento entra em vigor no dia seguinte à sua publicação.

    Formulário para apresentação do pedido sumário de dispensa ou redução da coima, nos termos da Lei n.º 19/2012, de 8 de maio, a que se refere o n.º 2 do artigo 4.º do presente Regulamento

    O presente formulário deve ser preenchido em conformidade com as disposições aplicáveis da Lei n.º 19/2012, de 8 de maio e do Regulamento relativo à tramitação para a obtenção de dispensa ou de redução da coima nos termos da mesma lei, devendo conter uma breve descrição de cada um dos seguintes elementos:

    O requerente declara que está ciente que a Autoridade da Concorrência poderá utilizar as informações e os documentos fornecidos com o pedido ora submetido, bem como todos as informações e documentos apresentados ao abrigo do regime de dispensa ou redução da coima, nos termos e para os efeitos do n.º 3 do artigo 22.º e do artigo 27.º da Lei n.º 19/2012, de 8 de maio, e nas decisões a que se referem o n.º 3 do artigo 24.º ou o n.º 3 do artigo 29.º da mesma lei, e que não se opõe a essa utilização.

    Template for the submission of a summary application for immunity from or reduction of fines in accordance with the Law n.º 19/2012, of 8 May 2012, which is referred in article 4, paragraph 2, of this Regulation

    This template should be completed, in accordance with the applicable rules set forth in Law n.º 19/2012, of 8 May 2012 and this Regulation on the procedure for the submission of an application for immunity from or reduction of fines under the said law, and should contain a brief description of the following information:

    The applicant declares that he is aware that the Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) may use the information and documents provided together with the leniency application hereby submitted to the AdC, as well all information and documents provided under the immunity from or reduction of fines applicable legal provisions, under the terms and for the purposes of article 22, paragraph 3 and article 27 of the Law n.º 19/2012, of 8 May 2012, and of the decisions referred in article 24, paragraph 3, or article 29, paragraph 3, of the said law, and also declares that he does not oppose to such use.
