- 1 -Sem prejuízo do disposto no presente Regulamento, é permitida a comercialização e utilização dos produtos, materiais, componentes e equipamentos por ele abrangidos, desde que acompanhados de certificados de conformidade emitidos, com base em normas aplicáveis e procedimentos de certificação que assegurem uma qualidade equivalente à visada por este diploma, e realizados por organismos de certificação acreditados segundo a norma NP EN ISO/IEC 17065, nos termos do Decreto-Lei n.º 71/2012, de 21 de março.
